staying at leopold i in novi sad was a delightful experience, surpassing my previous visit. cozy suite, friendly staff, comfy bed, and stunning riverside view made it the perfect getaway. the city center was just a short walk away, adding to the convenience and enjoyment.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely stunning, especially for someone of my age who appreciates elegance and sophistication. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork created a charming atmosphere that made me feel like royalty. The general areas of the hotel were also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas where I could rest and enjoy the surroundings.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and considerate staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit disinterested and not fully trained in providing the level of service I expected.

I always stay at a hotel with helpful staff who showed me where to find the best exchange rate. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, fitness center, spa, and more. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The staff organized a catacombs tour that was off the charts! The knowledgeable and friendly guides took us on a spooky adventure that had us on the edge of our seats. It was like being in a horror movie, but in a totally awesome way! Best experience ever!

We wished there were more late-night activities for young party-goers. While the catacombs tour was amazing, we were craving more nighttime fun options at the hotel.

The Board Room with the capacity of 16 seats is amazing! It has a round table and all the technical equipment you need for a successful meeting. It even has a television and DVD player, which is pretty cool. I felt like a boss in there!

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the hot tub in some of the rooms. I know some people love it, but I just didn't find it appealing.

This hotel met every demand in every way, would be happy to recommend. Had a very nice stay with my dog, we spent 4 nights here, everything was perfect. Location: the property was very close to town centre and considering that the building facade is literally falling out and very nice restaurants...

The Wellness Centre provides a luxurious escape with its Jacuzzi area, Finnish sauna, and Salt room. I felt like royalty lounging on the comfortable chaise longue, gazing out at the breathtaking views of Novi Sad and the Danube River. The Technogym equipment in the fitness area made me feel like a superhero, ready to conquer the world with my newfound strength. And let's not forget the special fasting menu with winter tastes - it was like a culinary adventure that left me craving for more.

The value for money at Hotel Leopold I was excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location at the top of a medieval fortress with an overview of the entire city was breathtaking. The staff treated us exceptionally well, exceeding all expectations.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. Additionally, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a great view, and the option to have breakfast in the room if desired.

We had a memorable Christmas experience at this hotel. The amazing view of the city from our room made our stay worth it. The friendly staff made us feel at home and were attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the traditional Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere in the hotel's public areas. The spa area was a real treat, the Jacuzzi and sauna helped us to unwind after a busy year.

The breakfast options were limited, and the coffee tasted stale. The parking was expensive, and we had to walk quite a distance to get to our room.
